The work of Krõõt Juurak addresses aspects of performative reality, like the blurring of work and leisure, spectacle and attention, production and consumption, accident and intention, which have led to manifestations in the form of performances, presentations, texts, drawings, workshops etc. 

Krõõt Juurak (1981, Estonia) lives and works in Amsterdam. She is currently pursuing her MA Fine Arts at The Sandberg Institute, Amsterdam. Krõõt’s recent exhibitions include If It’s Part Broke, Half Fix It, Contemporary Art Center Vilnius (CAC), Vilnius (2011); performIC 2010, Künstlerhaus Büchsenhausen, Innsbruck and Alles anders?, Kunsthalle Wien project space Karlsplatz, Vienna (2010).
